Power Breakfast ideas!

Make the most important meal of the day the tastiest too!

Here are some ideas for you to make your breakfast count.The better you eat the morning, the lest likely you are to binge later in the day or run out of energy half way through....

Try and eat within the first hour you get up to fire up your metabolism.
Aim for a balanced breakfast of carbs, protein and fat! 
(Minimum 20 grams of protein)

1 whole egg, 1/2 cup egg whites
2 slices ham
1 cup spinach
2 slices Ezekiel toast with coconut oil

Ezekiel toast with homemade Protein Jelly!
(berries, chia seeds, protein powder and cinnamon)

Power Oats!
1/4 c quick oats
1/4 c rolled oats
1/2 apple
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp stevia

Omelette with toast and Power Jelly!
