Peanut butter chocolate protein cups

If you are in need of a treat but want to stay on track..these little gems are sure to satisfy your cravings!

Frozen peanut butter chocolate protein cups!

So simple-so delicious.
But they have to be eaten frozen...
I recommend using cupcake liners in little muffin pans for the best results

Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1/4cup to 1/2 cup almond milk
(start with a 1/4 ..may need to add more)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa powder
All natural peanut butter-crunchy works best!

Method:
Mix protein powder with cocoa in a bowl and slowly add milk until it turns into a pudding consistency
The powder should be fully dissolved and mixed well

In a mini muffin tin (preferrably lined with mini cupcake liners) scoop about a tablespoon of mix in ..(1/2 to 3/4 full)
Freeze for 1-2 hours
Remove and add 1 tsp of peanut butter to each
Put back in the freezer for at least an hour..
(I did this last night and then went to bed letting it freeze overnight)

This makes approximately 9 little treats and they are so innocent you could top them with additional things such as dark chocolate chips, coconut or whatever you are into...

They are little bites, to be eaten right from the freezer.

Good luck eating just one!
