Whether you eat like a caveman or not..these are great little snacks for pre WOD or when you want a sweet healthy snack!
I will put 2 recipes below 1 for Paleo and the other for the protein baking lover
Paleo chocolate banana muffins
1&1/4cup almond flour
1 large very ripe banana
1/4 c almond oil
2 eggs
1tsp baking powder
1/3 c unsweetened cocoa powder
1 pinch clove
1 pinch cinnamon
Mash banana and whip egg
add all ingredients and mix well
Bake at 350 for 10 mins
(makes 12 mini)
Alternatively-if the caveman thing isn't for you:
Chocolate Power Bites
1 & 1/4 c almond flour
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 large mashed banana
1/4 cup almond oil
2 eggs + 1/4 cup egg whites
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
pinch clove
pinch cinnamon
2 Tbsp walnuts
2 Tbsp stevia or ideal sweetener
