Todays WOD

Going to do a quickie body weight workout today that requires minimal equipment and with little rest will provide a good metabolic workout!

Try it at the gym or in the park( just run for warm up instead of rowing), all you need is a bench for the step ups and try not to rest until you have completed all 4 rounds. If you have time, do 20 minutes of cardio after for an extra fat melting challenge!
