Morning cardio

Happy Saturday!


Todays challenge is to get outside! I went for a brief run and some stair climbs this morning- and I really felt the September chill. But the forecast looks good for both Calgary and Vancouver today, so go and enjoy it while you can!

For a quick and easy power breakfast try to spice up your oatmeal by adding fruit, protein powder and flax seed for a complete breakfast with adequate fat/protein/carbs to power your day!

I use 1/3 cup quick oats
1 scoop vanilla protein
1 tablespoon flax seed
and 1/4 cup blueberries
