Fat Frying WOD

I had been sitting at my desk all day-dying to break a sweat and needed a good one!
Kicked my own butt with this one yesterday, enjoy!



HIIT (High intensity interval training) is the most effective way to blast fat and keep your 
body burning fat efficiently after you leave the gym.

Try just adding a few intervals (4 minutes) to your workout every other day to see some quick results!

You can get 20 minutes of work done in 4 minutes 
so you can get on with the more important things in life!
