WOD (09/17/12)

What did you do to break a sweat today?



If you feel inspired by this workout, just increase or decrease load and intensity to make it right for you! But remember: In order for it to be effective, you have to fatigue your muscles, so push yourself!

(KB stands for Kettlebell and if you don't know what an exercise looks like just YouTube it, there are many videos of people demonstrating online. I will have an exercise library for you to refer to soon!)
