What is crossfit?

 
 
Want to make some serious changes but you don't have a lot of time or a gym membership?
Crossfit may be the answer.
Crossfit is performing fully functional movements that help you in your everyday life, done at a high intensity, for a good workout and cardio burn, that can be done in minimal time and can be altered to use minimal or no equipment or heavy weights, so it's very dynamic.
