I hope you all had a great weekend! The weather in calgary was amazing and I thankfully fit in a bike ride to school on Saturday and run with some stairs circuits on Sunday!
I think I may have even got a little sunburn!

If the closest thing to a workout you got was bicep curling your drinks all weekend then get your butt in gear....
Start the week off right and reward your body with some feel good endorphins!
Yes, I am also counting down the minutes until next Friday, but we've got to get through the week first.

Try and make some goals to accomplish this week or fun plans with a friend for during the week to make the week day blues pass by...
get outside and enjoy the crisp fall air and maybe a pumpkin spice latte!
