Plyo Plyo Plyo! Friday WOD

To follow up yesterdays torture workout....shoulders-ouch, tight buns-check. I figured a good plyometric core day would be good! I am trying out a new cross fit gym tomorrow called
CrossFit MOST in SE Calgary (www.crossfitmost.com) and don't know what's in store.
I am excited but don't want to over do it today just in case its a heavy WOD!

This one can be done with NO equipment...so NO excuses. You can do it in your living room while you catch up on bad TV if you so desire. If you're up for it, add a medicine ball to the russian twists!
Try to get through this one 3 times...only resting when you MUST. The idea is to keep it moving and keep the heart rate up. You only need a mat and 6x6 ft to work with. If you don't know what something is, then sub something in like jumping jacks, box jumps or high knees.

Have fun!
Plyometric work is awesome! Athletes  use plyometric training to help them reach peak physical condition.  It can be a highly effective form of training especially when combined with strength training.
Here is why you should add Plyometrics to your existing workout routine:
